There are so many questions and decisions that all parents face... If you are interested in joining a group of parents to share ideas and learn new techniques for coping with the kids and getting the most out of family life, then our programme Parenting Puzzle is for you!

About Us

St Piers, a Sure Start Children’s Centre is a joint partnership project between Young Epilepsy (YE) and Surrey County Council’s Early Years and Childcare Service (EYCS). Like all Sure Start Centres, St Piers offers family and parent support services to all families with children under five. This Children's Centre is not a childcare centre but has links with all childcare providers in the area.

St Piers Children’s Centre is based at the lovely YE campus in Lingfield, Surrey. The Children’s Centre serves a large geographical area, from Burstow to Dormansland, encompassing Crowhurst, Lingfield and Horne. We also now have a mobile provision, a playbus, to take services to outlying areas.

Each week the Children's Centre is open for free Stay and Play sessions and other groups and activities. There is also a free play and stay session at The Foreman Institute in Blindley Heath for parents and children from 0-5.All the services and activities will be listed here on our website and calendar for you to find.

Our co-ordinator is Karen Pallot.Karen and the staff will be glad to hear from you by e-mail, telephone or in person and they will try to answer any questions or concerns you have about local childcare services or any other aspects of your work as a parent or carer. The staff will also be able to supply information about other services ,local child minders and much more.which may help you. Just go to our contact us page.

We hope that you find all the information you need to help you in your role as parents or carers of children under five.
