Hello & Welcome to the St Piers Sure Start Children's Centre

A Drop - In service for parents and carers that will offer information and advice about local childcare providers including childminders,jobs and training, and many aspects of looking after young children, from help with child care costs to natural nappies!Whatever your query we will try to help.The Drop In Information Service is open to all parents and carers and it will be open from 9.30 until 12.00 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. You will be able to find information on:

• Finding affordable , flexible childcare and early education places
• Health related issues for children e.g. dental health/weight/diet
• Managing challenging behaviour
• Finding a job or training
• Accessing parental support or training groups
• Teenage parents support
• Breastfeeding support
• Benefits advice
• Housing advice
• Debt advice
• Peer support
• Domestic violence advice
• Activities to attend with children
• Local Events for children

There is no charge for the service so please drop in and see us!
